Florida cars only · Self-service paperwork
Florida F&I refund checklist before you upload paperwork.
Use this checklist to organize GAP, vehicle service contract, tire/wheel or other Florida car add-on paperwork before creating a cancellation/refund request packet.
Checklist
Five checks before you pay for a packet.
01 · Product nameFind the add-on type: GAP/debt cancellation, vehicle service contract, tire/wheel, maintenance, protection package, or unknown.
02 · Trigger eventIdentify the fact pattern: recent purchase cancellation, loan payoff/refinance, vehicle sale/trade-in, or provider/dealer delay.
03 · Contract languageLook for cancellation, refund, unused premium, provider, administrator, term, mileage, and cancellation-address language.
04 · Proof documentsCollect the retail installment contract, add-on contract/addendum, payoff letter or trade/sale proof, and any prior cancellation email or receipt.
05 · Boundary checkThis MVP is Florida passenger cars only. Two-wheel vehicles, non-Florida transactions, active legal disputes, and documents with no visible contract language may need another path.
Dealer Refund Kit organizes a self-service paperwork packet. It does not provide legal advice, representation, dealer negotiation, or a promised outcome.
Next route
If your paperwork fits, create the packet.
GAP / debt cancellation
Best fit when payoff, refinance, sale or trade-in facts are clear and contract/provider details are visible.
Vehicle service contract
Best fit when cancellation/refund instructions or provider details are visible in the paperwork.
Tire / wheel
Supported only when the cancellation/refund clause is visible enough to generate a bounded request packet.
