The extension opens the DocUnlocked web flow after an explicit user click or file selection.

DocUnlocked's website uses cloud processing for document recovery. Upload, payment, processing, result status, and downloads happen in the DocUnlocked web flow, not inside the extension.
The extension does not sell user data.
