What documents work

Not currently supported: non-Florida transactions, two-wheel vehicles, dealer negotiation, legal representation, and promised outcomes.

Remove SSN, driver license numbers, and account numbers before upload if visible.

Support is product-specific: case creation, upload or document review errors, checkout access, payment confirmation, packet delivery, download links, and deletion requests.

Contact support through Blue Horizon support and include “Dealer Refund Kit,” your case ID, payment email, and whether the issue is upload, checkout, download, deletion, or refund review.
